Bay Property Services has been hired to provide FULL management services for the Karen Springs III HOA.  These services include the collection and accounting for all assessments due from or collected from homeowners. Weaver will be the first point of contact for all association requests, approvals or other concerns. Reminder...if you are installing a new fence, shed, deck or other permanent structure? You must seek approval of the from the Karen Springs III HOA Board of Trustees before the project starts.
